We tend to be critical of ourselves when we do something wrong. In life you can’t learn unless you make mistakes along the way. It can become apparent if you criticize yourself too much, which affects you mindset. I am sure you hear this all the time “Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you.” Recap those critics and note your improvements, praise yourself so you can see growth. Understanding who you are and being honest with yourself is the first step to self-improvements.
