Come To Your Senses

“By changing nothing, nothing changes.”

Tell me something, are you OK

Is it so hard, are you still struggling

Do you still don’t know what to do

Are you trying to figure stuff out

Exactly how long do you need

Exactly what kind of change will you make

Exactly how will you change

Is there a need for change

Think about it……….. again……… think about it

I can tell you to change your life many times, but if you just wanna sit there and complain and complain nothing is going to happen .you are just going to be someone who complains about life. I don’t know if that’s a good thing, it’s definitely not a good thing. nobody wants to be around someone who complains all the time. Sometimes, actions speak louder than words.  you need to start as of now. You need to want to change

To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.

Observation: Self-Recognition

“The mind is just like a muscle – the more you exercise it, the stronger it gets and the more it can expand.”

Am I using my time wisely?

Am I taking care of myself physically?

Am I letting matters that are out of my control stress me out?

Am I achieving the goals that I’ve set for myself?

We tend to be critical of ourselves when we do something wrong. In life you can’t learn unless you make mistakes along the way. It can become apparent if you criticize yourself too much, which affects you mindset.  I am sure you hear this all the time “Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you.” Recap those critics and note your improvements, praise yourself so you can see growth. Understanding who you are and being honest with yourself is the first step to self-improvements.

What could you do all day and not consider it a waste of time?

How do you know when you’re being completely authentic?

What are some challenges, difficulties, and hardships you’ve overcome or are working to overcome?

What advice would you give yourself 5 years ago? 5 years from now?

“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always be where you’ve always been.”
