Most people tend to underestimate what they can accomplish in a certain amount of time. We tend to focus on too many things at once and because of that, stress comes in. I’ve come to notice most people spend time instead of using time. They like to plan ahead with no commitment. For example, people love saying “ New Year , New me” with no commitment to creating that new possibility.
There’s a trend to always be busy, to be hustling, and that’s how you lose focus. You are too focused on being busy instead of being productive. Productivity is lost when you take on more than you can accomplish. When your life isn’t running efficiently, resources and time are wasted. Efficiency becomes the key when you need to get things done. As life goes on, one thing you must learn to do is doing things efficiently. Remember to focus on the things within your control.
