For The Love Around

“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength while loving someone deeply gives you courage.”― Lao Tzu

For the love of love, love yourself, love the people around you and be loved. We seem to love the idea of love, rather than knowing what love is. There’s a lot of different love to experience in this world. Everyone gives and receives love differently.  Some of us are just better at giving love and experiencing the different stages of love. Remember to look for and choose the love that makes you feel alive and excited about life.

Unconditional Love: The love we all want to receive, because humans are inherently selfish.

Romantic Love: The intimate love, the need to connect with the one you have feelings for.

Familiar Love:  The love from friends and family members who are there for us through thick and thin.

Self-love: Ahhh this love is, the most important love of them all, you cannot freely love others , if you don’t love yourself first. Be confident in loving everything about you.

“ Don’t be selfish with love, experience the joy that it has to offer”

Let’s Hangout: Building Relationship

Let’s Hangout; Something to Change

Everyone is so busy living their lives that we’re forgetting to build relationships that will last. Relationship with people that will be there for us at the lowest and highest point of our lives. Me time is important , so is building relationships with those around us. Me time helps you with a healthy lifestyle, a better you, and a peaceful day. Building relationships helps with an understanding of human life, what it means to rely on someone, vice versa and just being there for someone who might need you.

Let’s hangout, but when I have time. Well we need to start making time, there are things in life that are more enjoyable by experiencing it with family and friends. Let’s start making time for those around us; make the effort to mind the people that cares for us. A phone call, a text of “ How are you “. Form a connection that means something, a connection that benefits the relationships. Let’s make time to hangout and get to know each other. Take time to appreciate the relationships that make a difference in your life.

Are you okay? Happiness is a mood

“We are supposed to feel. We are supposed to love. And hate. And hurt. And grieve and break and be destroyed and rebuild ourselves to be destroyed again. That is human. That is humanity. That’s being alive. That’s the point. That’s the entire point. Don’t avoid it. Don’t extinguish it.”

Are you okay?…A serious question we don’t take seriously. It’s always the usual “Hey How are you? Oh I’m okay” then we go on about our day without thinking whether we are okay or not. Most of the time people are not curious about you or your life problems, it’s just to start a conversation.

After that conversation, it’s time for you to think about yourself, whether you are okay physically, emotionally and financially. There is no need to play mind games to avoid not being okay. At some point in life you realize it is okay not being okay; that’s just part of living. As I always said Happiness is mood, just like you’re not hungry or sad all the time, you can’t be happy & okay all the time.

What does it mean to live a good life?

What is the best way for a person to attain happiness?

By what standards do you judge yourself?

Are you okay with life?

“If you’re having a bad day, just remember that you have managed to get through every bad day you’ve had. You’ll make it through this one too.”
